Choose the Search automatically for drivers option. Right-click the Realtek Audio driver and select Update driver. Double-click on the Sound, video and game controllers option to expand it. You could also run msconfig to see if HD. Its now back in programs and features but still not showing up in device manager, and its still not showing a realtek audio manager. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager. To get the Audio manager back, download the Audio Driver from your computer manufacterer for your specific model. I tried deleting it, and reinstalling it. The only place where I could find any trace of realtek was in control panel>programs and features where i can see "realtek audio driver". So I uninstalled the drivers using windows. When trying to look more into the issue I realized that 1: There is not realtek audio driver och High definition audio in my device manager (I have show hidden devices enabled btw), I also realized that the "realtek audio manager" is missing from my control panel. Hey, after updating the realtek drivers via the MSI Live Update app, my Realtek HD Audio Manager went missing. From one day to another I could no longer hear anything from my headset while it was plugged in to my case or my motherboard. My issues started after updating to windows 11.
